Hi Jonathan. Wow! My meditations are so, so much deeper. I have been looking for something like this for years... been doing many forms of meditation, and I used some of the CD's that one can get from the bookshops, guided imagery and stuff like that. It's all good, but its really just fluff compared to the depth I experience with Optamind.

This really does dig up the junk from the past. Had to work through a whole lot of mass in my mind a few weeks ago, all from early chilhood and long forgotten. I really thought those incidents no longer affected me, but after the session, I could see how they actually did.
